Welcome to Twin Pines Motel

Twin Pines Motel, nestled at 1061 State Street in White Pine, Tennessee, offers a humble yet dependable lodging option for travelers seeking peace and simplicity. With a modest rating of 3.3, this motel stands out primarily for its tranquil atmosphere and attentive management. Many guests, like Rick Oraham, have found it a solid springboard for new beginnings, emphasizing the motel’s quiet environment and a sense of community free from disruption.

The owner, Kevin, receives consistent praise across reviews for his hands-on approach and genuine care toward guests. This personal touch elevates the overall experience, turning the motel from just a temporary stop into a welcoming space where families and long-term visitors feel at ease. Casey Jordan’s account highlights the family-friendly ambiance, where small children can play outside by the pond, underscoring the motel’s understated charm and safe environment. These elements resonate deeply, creating a sense of belonging uncommon in typical weekly-stay motels.

Cleanliness and fairness are other pillars of the Twin Pines experience, as noted by long-term tenants like Shannon Edenfield and Carol Eager. However, the absence of Wi-Fi and cable television remains a notable shortcoming, especially in today’s connected world, limiting convenience and entertainment options. Still, a fire pit and easy access to local amenities, such as grocery stores and laundromats, add practical value to the stay.

While Twin Pines Motel does not boast luxury or extensive facilities—offering no pool, restaurant, or fitness center—it compensates through its serene setting, free parking, and a friendly community atmosphere. It's a place for visitors focused on sightseeing and recreation in the White Pine area, who appreciate a calm retreat rather than extravagant services. The motel’s essence lies in reliability, quiet refuge, and heartfelt management—a blend that invites travelers to pause, recharge, and connect with the simplicity of small-town life.

I stayed at the Twin Pines motel in White Pine for over 2 months. I enjoyed my stay there tremendously. It was a place where I could get on my feet. I slept soundly at night as it is a very quiet and peaceful place and no riff raff is allowed there. The owner, Kevin, goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of. Like most things in life, it is what you make of it and I made my room my humble abode and had it decked out to the nine's. Any maintenace requests were taken care of in a timely fashion. There are grilles and even a fire pit for tenants to enjoy. The weekly rental rates are about half the price of what other hotels around want. I highly recommend this place.

Kevin is a stand up guy who always responds when a tenant is in need. This place is quiet and there is no wild stuff going on like most weekly stay motels. Would recommend if you in a pinch

We stayed at twin pines for a couple weeks waiting to move into our mobile home. It was very clean and quiet. The other tenants were very friendly. The owner, Kevin, did everything he could to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We had our two small children with us and he let me take them out to play in the grass on the side of the building where the pond is. And he is also the only place I could find that gave us a weekly rate. Everyone else tried to charge us $80 a night. I would definitely recommend staying there to anyone. I know that's where I'm going if I ever need a room again.

I stayed in Twin Pines Motel for almost 2 years and the service was good. The rooms were very clean. Close to a grocery store and laundry mat. Kevin the owner is a very nice man and if I had to go back I would. The reason I gave it 4 stars is there was no wifi or cable and in the world today everything requires it. Other than that it's a great quiet place to stay. Oh there is also a fire pit and brick grills to cook out on.

The owner is cool, the rooms are great, it's quiet, and the tenants are friendly. If it had wifi I'd gave 5 stars!
